PARTNER (Co- Founder)

Johan is a Partner and Co-Founder of Klandestin. He focuses his practice on dispute resolution, real estate, corporate law, insolvency matters including bankruptcy and PKPU proceedings, and employment law. Johan regularly assists clients in navigating complex legal issues, particularly in disputes and matters requiring strategic legal solutions.

With experience across both contentious and advisory work, Johan approaches legal challenges with a strategic mindset and strong analytical perspective. He works closely with clients to manage legal risks, resolve disputes efficiently, and develop practical solutions that support their broader business objectives.
